Grape varieties: Tempranillo 100%	Production and/or aging: 13 days of fermentation and maceration with skins. Maximum temperature of fermentation 28.5ºC. 28 months in new thin grain French casks. Bottled since the 4th of September 2007.

Tasting

Visual Phase

High coat, brilliant and clean. Red maroon colour with russet tinges that reflect cask aging.

Olfactory Phase

Great aromatic expression, ample, fine and clean. Ripe red fruits.

Tasting phase

Smooth entry in mouth, round, delicate and aromatic. Pleasant in palate. Harmonious with good quantities of colour, body and alcohol and therefore well balanced. Some touches of vanilla and toasted flavor as a result of its cask aging.
